Booking policies
Refunds for cancellations are only made if we manage to find a replacement guest, or if no other earlier booking requests were turned down for those dates. Otherwise, please be aware that personal circumstances are not grounds for a claim.
1 - Taking care of the facilities (using them properly), being respectful, helping keep the place safe (do not let anyone in who is not staying with you, *no exceptions*) and keeping the place quiet are conditions of the booking. 2 - Quiet hours are from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 am; please keep silent. This place is not suitable for nightlife. If you do not wish to follow this rule, please do not book and save yourself an unpleasant experience. 3 - Use the oven only to reheat food. Nothing that splatters and no frying, neither on the stovetop nor inside the oven or on the grill (extra charges may apply). 4 - During the day, please help keep the place peaceful by keeping noise and behavior at a respectful level. 5 - No feet or hands on the walls, and no jumping on the beds. 6 - Use only as many beds as there are guests. 7 - We reserve the right to evict guests at any time we consider necessary if the rules are not followed, and to apply charges according to the situation. 8 - We also reserve the right to enter the apartment without prior notice once the booked period has ended. 9 - Drugs are strictly prohibited, both their use and their sale. 10 - If you cancel, you must let us know. 11 - Do not cover yourself directly with the blanket; use the sheet underneath, as intended. 12 - If you use the garage with a car, check that it does not leak fluids; otherwise, please bring some protection for the floor. 13 - Daily rates include basic cleaning; please leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy. 14 - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Do not throw cigarette butts or ash anywhere except in an ashtray or a suitable container. 15 - Please let us know about any damage or malfunction in the facilities. 16 - Do not leave lights on unnecessarily, and leave the heater on pilot when you check out. Please use utilities responsibly! 17 - If you do not arrive within 2 hours after check-in time and do not answer messages or phone calls, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and rebook the apartment. 18 - Please bring your own lighter, mate and bombilla (straw). 19 - Items left behind can be claimed within 7 days after the end of your stay. 20 - Please do not park in front of the garage entrances of the property or of the neighbors!!! 21 - If you need extra sheets, please ask. Do not use pillows or mattresses without pillowcases or sheets! 22 - The rental covers the stay of the booked guests only. If you will receive visitors, you must let us know. 23 - The prices quoted are base prices for 2 people. Add $10,000 for each additional person. 24 - The garage is only for cars and small vans no wider than 160 cm (with mirrors folded) and no taller than 185 cm. 25 - Any disrespectful behavior toward anyone will result in immediate removal from the property, with any costs determined by the manager, without exception. 26 - Keys must be returned in person when you leave. Otherwise, leave them on the outside of the apartment door. 27 - Do not put stickers or advertisements on the refrigerators or anywhere else. 28 - Staying here means you accept these terms. Please read these rules carefully, several times if necessary! Thank you!
